  • 2 pounds of ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix
  • Cheddar Cheese Slices
  • Caramelized Sauteed Mushroom's
  • 1 lb. Sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano
    For the Burger
  1. You can mix the mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, and onion soup in a large bowl.
  2. Then add in the ground beef and combine well.
  3. Shape it into patties.
  4. Place the patties on the grill or under the broiler, and let it cook.
  5. For the Caramelized Sautéed Mushroom's
  6. While the burgers are cooking, melt the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  7. Then stir in the garlic, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and mushrooms, and saute for about 20 minutes or until tender.
  8. Combine all of the things together
  9. Once the burgers are completely cooked, top with the sautéed mushrooms, then add lettuce, onion, and mayonnaise.
